CRYPTOPSY TOP THE ‘CARNIVAL OF DEATH’ TOUR IN SUPPORT OF THEIR FIRST NEW ALBUM IN A DECADE

The extensive fall headliner will include a massive supporting roster featuring Abysmal Dawn, Reaping Asmodeia, Warforged, Hate and Visceral Disgorge.

Following the recent confirmation of their first full length studio release in more than a decade, Canadian death metal tacticians Cryptopsy have announced their return to the road with the reveal of the Carnival of Death Tour. The run will begin one day before the arrival of their new latest Nuclear Blast Records’ LP on September 7th in Manchester, NH.

The lengthy run will extend through the first week of October where the tour closes out in Montreal, QC on the 6th. The Carnival of Death will also include stellar supporting cast with sets from Abysmal Dawn, Reaping Asmodeia and Warforged aloong with Hate and Visceral Disgorge taking separate legs of the stretch.

Among death metal’s technical elite, Cryptopsy recently confirmed the September 8th arrival of their first full length in more than a decade with, As Gomorrah Burns. The band have resumed their place on the throne as leaders in the space of precision based punishment with the single, “In Abeyance” which introduced the full their latest full length campaign.
Blast beats, a guttural vocal attack and meaty riffs showcase the band’s undeniable skill as top tier death metal craftsmen, emphasizing a quality over quantity approach that have made their resurfacing worth the wait.
