Slipknot celebrates 19 years of 'Iowa' with Disasterpieces streaming event
Slipknot has announced a special streaming engagement of their critically acclaimed 2002 video album, 'Disasterpieces' set for August 28th at 2pm PT/5pm ET via KNOTFEST.com
The streaming event coincides with the 19th anniversary of the band's milestone release, IOWA. It also marks the first time the film has been streamed in its entirety.

Filmed during the band's Iowa touring cycle, the 26-camera production captured a historic headlining performance at London's Dockland Arena. Directed by Matthew Amos and edited by Shawn Crahan, the cutting edge concert film includes first-person camera footage mounted to each members of the band. The footage provided a unique vantage point for the audience that, nearly two decades later, remains ahead of its time.
The film also documents the band's in-store signing in Paris, France and memorable instances like Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson having his mounted camera stolen while in the crowd during the band's rowing rendition of "Spit It Out".
The broadcast will begin at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 10pm UK / 11pm EU Friday August 28th. There will also be exclusive throwback IOWA + All Hope Is Gone tees available via the Slipknot webstore for just 72 hours.
