Moon Tooth shine during their live streaming Violent Grief Sessions

Proving to be one of rock music's most intriguing emerging names, Moon Tooth flexed their versatility with a powerful acoustic performance of their recent Pure Noise Records release, Violent Grief: Acoustic Selections EP.

The exclusive streaming event broadcast live on KNOTFEST.com and emphasized the musical prowess of the Long Island quartet. Comprised of four selections from the band's 2019 release Crux and a brand new track in "Six of Swords."

In addition to the band's reworked acoustic selections that included the fan favorite, "Musketeers", Moon Tooth stepped outside the box and took on a couple of unexpected and equally ambitious covers. The band performed a radiant version of Fiona Apple's "Fast As You Can" that really opened up at the end.

The band closed out the showing in spectacular form by performing a classic. Moon Tooth's victory lap was a sincere rendition of the Black Sabbath essential, "Changes," in what proved to be the perfect punctuation to the set.
