Dirk Verbeuren of Megadeth unveils drum play through of "Good Mourning / Black Friday"
Megadeth drummer Dirk Verbeuren has released another blistering play through video. This time, Verbeuren celebrates Black Friday by revisiting the Megadeth track of the same name from band's pivotal, Peace Sells... but Who's Buying? LP.

The band's sophomore album debuted in 1986 and would go on to become one of the most important releases in the lexicon of metal music. Asserting a style that combined precision, speed, and some sinister lyrical themes, the album remains one of the band's most revered works and continues to be a mainstay atop 'best of' lists. In fact, Rolling Stone ranked the album 8th among the "100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time".
The two-part track in "Good Mourning / Black Friday" begins with an instrumental portion that eventually segues in to a searing selection of signature Megadeth shred. Verbeuren's vantage point really showcases a track that functions like a thrash metal masterclass.
