Dance Gavin Dance Will Stream Afterburner Album Release Show - Unveil Animated Video for 'One In A Million'

Since it's April 2020 release, Dance Gavin Dance's Afterburner release has proved a testament to the band's fervent fanbase. The record would hit the #1 Current Album, Alternative, Digital, Rock and Heavy Rock charts and #14 on the Billboard Top 200 upon it's release. The band's 9th studio effort was a n undisputed triumph amid the worst fo circumstances.

The long-awaited physical release of Afterburner finally dropped last Friday (July 10th) and comes an exclusive double disc CD with instrumental versions of all songs from the album available only from Target and exclusive vinyl variants from both Urban Outfitters and FYE. DGD announced will be marking the July 10th physical release with full production, multi-camera broadcast of their album release show. The streamed performance, in association with Sound Rink Live, will give fans globally their very first opportunity to see Dance Gavin Dance play new songs from Afterburner during the full live set. Ahead of the streaming event, the band has unveiled their latest animated video for the single, "One In A Million." The video is directed by Rob Shaw (Portlandia, At The Drive In) and indulges some heavy psychedelia for a very trip visual.
