Jonah Matranga of Onelinedrawing and Far discusses his new album Tenderwild and more on the latest Talk Toomey Podcast

For this week's edition of the Talk Toomey Podcast, Jonah Matranga of FAR and performing as Onelinedrawing guests for a lengthy conversation with host Josh Toomey.

The guys quickly got deep, talking about the struggles of growing up poor and Jonah's eventual move to Sacramento. Jonah speaks on his immersion in the early 90's Sacto scene, Far going out with Sepultura on the "Roots" tour and watching Deftones blossom. There was also some discussion about Chi Cheng.

Matranga also gives us the backstory on a pair FAR's most enduring covers with Jawbox's "Savory" and the unexpected version of "Pony" from R&B crooner Ginuwine.
